I was honestly really impressed with how good these turned out. Generally when I do any air fried cheese it turns into a cheesy melty mess in the air fryer, but with these being double coated and only air fried until crisp and gooey, they end up perfectly melted little bites of delicious cheese goodness.

You could take it a step further and use light babybel cheeses here, but I went with the original just to be sure to get the melt factor I wanted.
