Bacon Egg & Cheese Breakfast Tots
Bite-sized, crispy, golden nuggets of morning joy that’s healthy enough to keep your conscience clean but indulgent enough to satisfy those comfort cravings.
Ingredients
- 12 Tater Tots
- 1 Tbsp. Cooked & Crumbed Bacon
- 1 Whole Large Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Reduced Fat Shredded or Sliced Cheese
Instructions
- Cook the 12 Tater Tots according to package directions. (I suggest air fryer or baking.)
- While the tots are cooking, get the 1 Tbsp. Cooked & Crumbed Bacon ready and cook your 1 Whole Large Egg to your liking. (Scrambled or fried with a sill runny yolk are my favorites for these!)
- Once the tots are done, get them plated and top with your 2 Tbsp. Reduced Fat Shredded or Sliced Cheese, bacon, and egg.
- Add any other desired toppings and enjoy right away!
