It has been a really exhausting few weeks for me full of nothing but bad news, and of course with any stressful time in life it's always very important to make some time out for yourself, and to really focus on YOU. My stress relief often comes in the form of creating wonderful treats and eats in my kitchen. So, I decided to make a really easy and delicious vanilla bean yogurt panna cotta to indulge in this week without any judgement!
To make this panna cotta I used the new Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt, which happens to come in three great tasting flavors; Raspberry Chocolate Chip, Mint Chocolate Chip and Vanilla Bean. Not only is this ice cream inspired yogurt great for recipes, it's also an ideal on-the-go snack or breakfast option!
These yogurts fit perfectly into my 'better-for-you' lifestyle with 6% milk fat yogurt, 7 grams of protein, less sugar than other yogurts, and only 190-210 calories in a serving.
By the way! There's a Twitter Party on 3/11 1-2PM EST. Participants could win one of five $100 Walmart Gift Cards or one of two $200 Gift Baskets!
Needless to say, I definitely deserved some indulgence and Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt is a great balance of both taste and nutrition. You can go along guilt-free with eating this dessert first, or even as I mentioned, for breakfast since it's just the right amount of wrong.
What's better about this Vanilla Bean Yogurt Panna Cotta is that it's easy to make and can even be made ahead of time to have your dessert (or breakfast) ready to go when you're in the mood for some sweet indulgence of your own. Go ahead, take a 'me moment' - you deserve it too!
To enjoy my 'me moment', I grabbed my Panna Cotta and a spoon and sat back to have some quiet time full of blissful day dreaming while my little one was off playing on the other end of the house. It was literally a 'me moment', but it was still my moment; a slice out of my day that was well spent focusing on me and just relaxing.

Directions:
Place 3 tbsp. of the milk into a small bowl and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over it; allow to sit for about 5 minutes to activate the gelatin.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the gelatin mix into the hot milk and vanilla.
Whisk the yogurt into the pan to bring everything together.
I was able to get all three of my Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt at my local Walmart!
Divide the vanilla yogurt mixture evenly among four small ramekins or dessert dishes.
Transfer to the fridge to cool and set up for about 3 hours.
Once the pan cotta has set, remove from the fridge and top with fresh berries.
Serve right away and enjoy!
