Keeping it simple today with this Chicken & Herb Gravy! It’s an easy chicken dish that cooks up in one pan and is perfect for a weeknight dinner. This Zucchini Cheeseburger Skillet is easy to make, all in one skillet, and has all the cheesy goodness of a cheeseburger without any of the guilt. I based it off the same idea as my Zucchini Taco Skillet, but used cheeseburger components instead of taco. The end result was this burger in a bowl.
