Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. Light Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C. Dijon
  • 1/4 C. Honey
  • 1/4 C. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp. Fresh Grated Ginger
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Place the 1/2 C. Light Mayonnaise, 1/4 C. Dijon, 1/4 C. Honey, 1/4 C. Fresh Lime Juice, 1/4 Tsp. Fresh Grated Ginger, and Salt & Pepper to Taste together in a blender, food processor, or a cup with an immersion blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Enjoy right away or cover and store in the fridge for 3-5 days until ready to enjoy.
