Individual No Pasta Lasagna

Packed with layers of flavorful marinara sauce, savory turkey Italian sausage, a creamy mix of ricotta and herbs, all topped with a blanket of gooey melted cheese - this dish is a winner for your taste buds and your health.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lb. Turkey Italian Sausage
  • 3/4 C. Low Fat Ricotta Cheese
  • 3/4 C. Reduced Fat Mozzarella
  • 1 Tbsp. Hot Sh!t Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 C. Marinara Sauce
  • Grated Parmesan for topping of desired.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and while the oven is preheating, cook the 1/2 Lb. Turkey Italian Sausage in a small skillet until browned and cooked through. Divide it into three equal amounts.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the 3/4 C. Low Fat Ricotta Cheese, 3/4 C. Reduced Fat Mozzarella, and 1 Tbsp. Hot Sh!t Seasoning; set aside.
  3. Set out three 8 oz. ramekins and place 1/4 C. of the Marinara Sauce into the bottom of each.
  4. Layer each with half of the set aside cooked Turkey Italian Sausage.
  5. Divide the cheese mixture into thirds as well and use half of the thirds to layer into the ramekin over the meat.
  6. Rinse and repeat layering with another 1/4 C. of sauce per ramekin, the rest of the sausage, and the cheese mixture being the top layer.
  7. Sprinkle with any grated parmesan if desired then place in the oven to bake for 20-30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese has melted.
  8. Once done, remove from the oven and enjoy right away!
