There isn’t a whole lot to lighten up or swap in for this Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken to make it any more healthy. You might be able to get your hands on some lightened up blue cheese or maybe even an organic buffalo sauce, but it may not make a whole lot of a difference with the amounts being used here, so - don’t sweat it!

I served mine with some roasted broccoli florets for a rounded out meal. This chicken would also be good served with a side salad or maybe even sautéed veggies.

Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and tossed in spicy buffalo sauce - it's the perfect combination of flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 (1/2 Lb. Total) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Pounded to 1" Thick
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 Tsp. Buffalo Ranch Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Light Ranch Dressing
  • 1/4 C. Bleu Cheese Crumbles

Instructions

  1. Put the 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, 1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil, 1/2 Tbsp. Buffalo Sauce, and 1 Tsp. Buffalo Ranch Seasoning into a ziplock bag and toss to coat the chicken evenly in the oil and seasoning.
  2. Transfer the chicken to the air fryer and cook at 400 for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken over and cook for another 10 minutes or until cooked to temperature.
  3. When the chicken is done, remove it from the air fryer and top each with 1 Tbsp. Buffalo Sauce, 1 Tbsp. Light Ranch Dressing, and 2 Tbsp. Bleu Cheese Crumbles.
  4. Place back in the air fryer and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  5. Once done, remove from the air fryer to plate to enjoy right away!
