I had originally created this BBQ sauce waaay back in 2013 and with St. Patrick's Day just around the corner, I thought it was high time to make the recipe once again and retake some of the pictures. When making the recipe this time around, I only made 2 minor changes to it, but other than that I stuck pretty much entirely to the original.

This Healthified Guinness BBQ Sauce can be used for a plethora of things, including pulled pork, burgers, or pretty much anything else you'd use any BBQ sauce on; this will just add a little bit of an Irish or Guinness twist!...

Just because the holidays are over doesn't mean that the entertaining has stopped. At least, that's how it is around my place. I like to think of my house as the central hub. The neutral territory. I don't know about you, but it's been a super busy week here for me! Somewhere between getting ready for my weekend trip out of town and my grandmother coming in, I managed to whip up this fabulous BBQ Chicken Pizza. Hey, a girls gotta eat too ya know! While I knew that this pizza was going to be delish, I didn't think it would be quite as amazing as it ended up being.

Basically this BBQ pizza is a great way to use up any leftover chicken that you might have. I happened to have some on hand from a night or two before and instantly knew what I wanted to do with it. Shred it, toss in some BBQ sauce and let the fun begin!...

Naked Sriracha Turkey Burger

For a while now, I've been wanting to create a 'naked' burger. What's a naked burger? Basically it's a burger that is so good you don't need a bun. That's right. This is a bun-less burger! It sits here completely bare (except for a little drizzle of sauce) and couldn't be more proud of it.

Turkey burgers tend to get knocked on a lot with people making claims like they are dry or boring and bland. Honestly, I've not ever found that to be the case. I've always infused my turkey burgers with plenty of moisture and flavor. Today, I wanted that flavor to come with a little big of a spicy Sriracha kick!...

Happy 23rd birthday to my little brother!

Tis the season around here for birthdays, so things are pretty crazy. Not like that's anything out of the ordinary. One thing that is out of the ordinary though are these perfectly amazing burgerdogs! It's a cross between a burger and a hotdog. All of the burger flavor in the form of a hotdog.
