Air Fryer Hash Browns that are not only delicious but also healthier than their traditional counterparts!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Lb. Russet Potato, Peeled & Shredded
  • 1/2 C. Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar
  • 2 Whole Large Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep the Potatoes: Squeeze dry the 1 1/2 Lb. Shredded Potato.
  2. Mix it up!: Mix the shredded potato together with the 1/2 C. Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar, 2 Whole Large Eggs, 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch, 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp. Onion Powder, 1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika, and Salt & Pepper.
  3. Shape: Scoop the potato mixture out into packed 1/4 C. amounts and shape into a 'hash brown' and place into the air fryer basket.
  4. Air Fryer Time: Cook at 400 degrees for 7 minutes, flip and continue to cook for another 7 minutes.
  5. Serve: Once done, remove from the air fryer and enjoy right away!
