Ingredients
- 1 Large Mango, Sliced Thinly
- 1 Avocado, Sliced Thinly
- 4 C. Baby Greens
- 1 Shallot, Sliced Thinly
- 1 Lemon, Juiced
- 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Basil
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Place the 1 Sliced Shallot and Juice of 1 Lemon into a small bowl together for about 10 minutes.
- Add in the 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp. Honey, 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard, 1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Basil, 1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Cilantro, and Salt & Pepper to Taste. Stir well to combine.
