- 1 (5.5 Oz.) Box Hamburger Helper Deluxe Cheeseburger Macaroni
- 1 (8 Oz.) Can Tomato Sauce
- 2 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 C. Water
- 3 C. Fresh Baby Spinach
- Optional Garnish: Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Brown the Meat: Add the 1 Lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef to the skillet. Break it up with a spatula, cooking until it’s browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Sauté the Veggies: In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the 1 Zucchini, Grated and 5 Oz. Cherry Tomatoes for a couple of minutes.
- Pasta Time: Stir in the 1 (5.5 Oz.) Box Hamburger Helper Deluxe Cheeseburger Macaroni, 1 (8 Oz.) Can Tomato Sauce, 1 1/2 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk, and 1/4 C. Water along with a couple of pinches of salt and pepper. Bring it to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.
