Gingerbread Blended & Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1 C. Dry Uncooked Quick Oats
- 1 Whole Banana
- 1/2 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp. Natural Sweetener
- 1 Tbsp. Molasses
- 1 Tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp. Ground Ginger
- 1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla
- 1/8 Tsp. Salt
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- Pinch of Ground Cloves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. and lightly coat the inside of two ramekin dishes with non-stick baking spray; set aside.
- Blend together the 1 C. Dry Uncooked Quick Oats, 1 Whole Banana, 1/2 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk, 2 Tbsp. Natural Sweetener, 1 Tbsp. Molasses, 1 Tsp. Baking Soda, 1 Tsp. Ground Ginger, 1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon, 1 Tsp. Vanilla, 1/8 Tsp. Salt, Pinch of Nutmeg, and Pinch of Ground Cloves in a blender, food processor, or in a cup with an immersion blender.
- Place them in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Once the oats are done, remove them from the oven and top with the cream cheese sauce divided evenly to enjoy right away or store in the fridge for 3-5 days to reheat and enjoy later!
