- 1 Large Zucchini, Diced
- 4 Oz. Baby Green Romaine
- 2 Oz. Microgreens
- 1 Bunch Fresh Basil, Sliced Thin
- 6 Tbsp. Crushed Pistachios
- 6 Tbsp. Reduced Fat Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 6 Tbsp. Simple Lemon Salad Dressing
Instructions
