Tater Tot Pizza Casserole is a truly magnificent creation that effortlessly combines the flavors of two guilty pleasures in a very guilt free way. Pizza. And tater tots. It’s a kid friendly dish that adults are going to love as well. It’s lightened up by using a lean ground turkey meat in place of any sausage or standard ground beef. I also chose to add some turkey pepperoni to mine because they taste just as good as regular pepperoni but save some calories.

One of my favorite things about this casserole is that it’s super quick and easy to toss together, and could really be made ahead of time and just not baked until you’re ready for dinner. Of course, if you wanted to you could go with really any meat you wanted to here - Italian sausage, beef, turkey, etc. But, I was keeping it extra light this time!…
