Spring Vegetable Crudités Plate

To go along with my Skinny Whipped Feta Dip from yesterday, I decided to make a beautiful plate of Spring veggies! The plate is half Spring inspired and half Mediterranean inspired to go along with the feta dip. Along with the other disable bits, there’s some olives and capers on the plate too.

The plate of Crudités starts off with the Skinny Whipped Feta Dip. Then there’s plenty of slices zucchini, salami, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, berries, and of course… olives and capers! Just about everyone enjoys a good burger. Especially during the summertime when grilling season is in full swing! I don't know about you, but I always like to play around with burger flavors. I guess that started some years back now when I was in high school and my parents started buying these 'fully loaded' burgers from a local grocery chain. They were always delicious but super expensive! I knew even then how easy they would be to make ourselves at home, and how much cheaper and better they would be too!
