Monte Cristo Monkey Bread
Ingredients
- 2 (16 Oz.) Tubes Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
- 1/4 C. Dijon Mustard
- 1 C. Shredded Swiss and/or Gruyere Cheese
- 1/4 Lb. Deli Turkey
- 1/4 Lb. Deli Ham
- 2 Whole Large Eggs
- 1/4 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 C. Turbinado Sugar
- Raspberry Preserves
- Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly coat the inside of a bundt pan with non-stick baking spray; set aside.
- Open the 2 Tubes Refrigerated Butter Biscuit Dough and cut each in half. Shape the halves into flat circles.
- Divide the 1/4 C. Dijon Mustard evenly among the dough along with the 1 C. Shredded Swiss and/or Gruyere Cheese, 1/4 Lb. Deli Turkey, 1/4 Lb. Deli Ham. Fold the dough in over the meat and cheese to seal all edges. (If you end up with any leftover that's okay.)
- In a small bowl, whisk together the 2 Whole Large Eggs and 1/4 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk. Dip the balls of dough into the egg mixture and then into the 1/4 C. Turbinado Sugar.
- Place them into the prepared bundt pan, putting any leftover meat and cheese in along with them.
- Set the pan into the oven and cook at about 45 minutes or until browned on top.
- Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 5-10 minutes before turning out onto a serving plate.
- Top with Raspberry Preserves and/or Powdered sugar and enjoy!
